Case2: or you have deleted your youtube channel.
Solution: If you have deleted your youtube channel either due to suspension or any other reason then this problem cannot be solved. Your youtube channel will be deleted permanently.
Conclusion: this error is unsolved till now because youtube doesn't provide any option to recover deleted suspended account, this is very bad. So be careful! before deleting your youtube account.

if you have deleted your youtube account then you cannont recover but by accidently if you have deleted then you can appeal youtube for getting accessing to your account. thank you
